Levels 1–10 make mastery visible. Managers can follow who has started, who is quiet, and how levels are developing. Learning activity reflects questions answered.
Level 10 is the highest mastery level within a Nuroburst course, earned through its practice and scoring rules. It represents progress within that learning experience; it does not certify workplace competence. Coaching and on-the-job practice remain part of putting knowledge to work.
