Practical answers about learning, content, pricing, and evaluating Nuroburst.
What is Nuroburst?
Nuroburst is a gamified business learning platform that combines courses, short practice Bursts, spaced repetition, and mastery levels. It supports the knowledge you need to teach across different teams and subjects.
Is it only for frontline teams?
No. Nuroburst can support employees, managers, new hires, and learning leaders. Use it for onboarding, software and systems, sales, leadership, operational processes, and financial knowledge.
What is a Burst?
A Burst is a short practice session when practice is due. Questions focus on weak areas, and a wrong answer can lead back to the relevant course explanation. As mastery levels increase, Bursts contain fewer questions.
What is Gym?
Gym is extra practice on demand. Learners can revisit a section or the full course when they want a refresher.
What does Level 10 mean?
Level 10 is the highest mastery level within a course, earned through Nuroburst’s practice and scoring rules. It is a learning measure within the platform, not certification of workplace competence.
Can we use our own content?
Yes. Build courses with your own sections, media, and questions. AI-assisted authoring can also draft from a prompt or existing material, subject to your plan. You review the draft before publishing.
Are ready-made courses included?
The platform supports courses built around your business knowledge. The use cases on this website are training applications, not a promise of an included course library. Optional production packages are described on the Course Creation page.
What can managers see?
Managers can follow enrollment, started and quiet learners, average levels, and Level 10 progress. Last learning activity reflects a question answered, rather than simply logging in.
How are learners billed?
Billing is based on non-archived learners, regardless of activity. Archived learners are not invoiced. Plans include a learner allowance; additional learners are charged at the plan’s rate. Admins and creators are free.
Does archiving mean learner data is deleted?
Archiving determines billing status. For data retention, deletion, or the timing of a billing change, contact Nuroburst so the applicable process can be confirmed for your account.
Is course production included in the software price?
Course-production services are optional and separate from software fees. Spark, Pulse, Studio, and Signature offer different levels of visual and production support. Contact us for course creation fees.
How do we evaluate Nuroburst?
Start with a demonstration focused on your training needs. For a pilot, agree on the course, learner group, evaluation period, and success measures before beginning.
What about integrations, security, or device requirements?
Bring your requirements to the demo. We will confirm the relevant capabilities and plan options for your proposed setup, including any SSO, support, or contractual requirements. The pricing page lists plan-specific options.
